Training

The consultants at New England Systems and Solutions want to make sure that your organization
has a successful product implementation experience from start to finish. Initial training specifically tailored for your organization as well as access to ongoing topic-specific information is crucial for
user success.

On-Site Training
As part of any new installation or upgrade, our initial round of training is done in-house on all modules licensed to the end user. In-house training is more effective than off-site training because we use a copy of your live database rather than a sample, stale database which is used in
off-site training.

Regional Product Training
Periodically, the consultants at New England Systems and Solutions will sponsor regional training sessions aimed at expanding your knowledge of the system. Typically these sessions are focused
on specific areas such as reporting, integration between systems or improving internal processes
with the software's workflow methodology.

Alternative Training Options
If you are unable to attend any of our on-site or regional training session or want additional topic-specific training options, you are always welcome to participate in product-sponsored training. Each software provider offers classroom training, computer-based training (CBT), or distance learning solutions.
